• depending on weather conditions, the road from Batan village to Assy observatory can be dusty, muddy, icy, snowy, etc. 
• travelers must be fit and strong
• Turgen (Bear) waterfall is located between Almaty and Assy plateau
• Turgen (Bear) waterfall is 80+ km away from Almaty
• distance between the parking lot and the waterfall is 3 km to and from
• it takes 30-40 min of hiking to go from the parking lot to the waterfall
• you need to walk among trees and stones
• depending on weather conditions, the track from the parking lot to the waterfall can be dusty, muddy, icy, snowy, etc. 
• driving to the waterfall is not possible: only hiking
• do not expect 5 star service in the province
• state of infrastructure in the province is not as good as in city
• do not expect mobile Internet, Wi-Fi in the province to be as good as in city
• in nature there is a risk of an insect bite
