This hotel still uses the building from Soviet times. Altho now their property is renewed. As per local standards, it is considered a 4 star hotel, though some say that it is more like a 3 star hotel according to international standards. Among 4 star hotels of Almaty, it is the most affordable option. The location is central - such major landmarks as the circus, sports stadium, Kasteev arts museum and so on are at walking distance. Despite its old looking appearance, the hotel has modern and comfortable rooms.
